HOW DO I MAKE A RESERVATION?
Boarding reservations can be made by
email, by phone (888) 949 9222, or in person during business hours of operation. Reservations for holiday and peak periods are recommended several weeks in advance.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

Completed client profile (which includes personal feeding, behavior and medication information) and service agreement

Proof of current vaccinations
Canine guests: Rabies, DHPP and Bordetella
Feline guests: Rabies, FVRCP and FVLV

Puppies must be at least 4 months old and current on all series of vaccinations. This is for the protection and safety of our young guests.

Pre-screening evaluation for canines. Our initial interview process evaluates our guest’s behavior and temperament with human and interaction with the other dogs.   We also examine our guests for any health issues, concerns or pre-existing conditions.

For safety reasons, we continue to constantly observe and evaluate our guest’s behavior within the pack after the first introduction. We will not accept any human aggressive animals.

WHAT ITEMS CAN I BRING FOR AN OVERNIGHT STAY?
We ask that each guest bring their own food, treats and any other special dietary needs. This allows guests to remain on food they are accustomed to and prevents any unnecessary changes. Due to space considerations, we encourage people to only bring enough food for their visit.  If needed, we will provide our house food selected from quality lines at an extra fee.

Doginhaus provides each guest with a bed and water/feeding dishes.  Personal toys, blankets and/or bedding are allowed and will remain in their individual room.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE DAILY LODGING RATES?
Canine guests receive 5–6 hours of playtime in our 6,000 sq ft indoor/outdoor playground. Mid-day breaks are often provided for our guests who need some extra rest during a busy day of play or to enjoy their lunch!

Feline guests receive several hours of playtime in our cattery which includes toys, scratching post and views to the outside.

WHAT IF MY DOG DOESN’T PLAY WELL WITH OTHERS?
While staying with us, your dog will be walked separately several times throughout the day and receive personal time with our dog handlers. An additional fee for this service may apply.

DO YOU ALLOW PETS THAT ARE NOT SPAYED OR NEUTERED?

We require all pets are spayed or neutered after 6–8 months. For canines, this allows us to provide quality care and safety within our daycare’s social environment.

WILL YOU ADMINISTER MEDICATIONS?
Yes. We ask that any medications remain in the original container and include veterinary information and instructions.  An additional fee for this service may apply.

CAN I TAKE A TOUR OF THE FACILITY?

Yes. We encourage this! Tours are given during our normal hours of operation. Reservations are recommended during busier periods.

CAN I PICK UP MY PET EARLY?

Yes. Please call in advance to make the necessary arrangements.

CAN I PICK UP MY PET AFTER HOURS?
Yes. We offer pick-up service no later than one hour after our scheduled closing time for an additional $10 fee per pet.
